Access Storage - Beamsville

I was helping my dad find an affordable storage solution for my parents lifetime belonging while they downsized their home. The service we received today was wonderful. We were treated kindly and respectfully from a knowledgeable and caring member of the Access Storage staff. Thank you for helping us make a decision we feel very good about!!

Britney was our customer service representative as well her colleague Linda and she made it so easy and fast. Both and Britney and Linda were very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process especially when explaining the that our valuables were secure but for some unknown reason that something should happen to them. They are protected and we will be taken care of. Downsizing from a big house and moving at the same time is a very stress situation, for everyone, but Britney and Linda were both very amazing and eased our minds and stress levels!! I will be a long lasting renter of a unit here for that reason alone! These two ladies deserve a raise and and promotions

First time using Access Storage. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to reserve a unit. I was greeted by Lynda, a very positive and outgoing representative. The contract was explained to me and how to access my unit was a breeze. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

This is my second year storing my car for the winter. Lynda and her team have always been curteous and helpful each time I connected with them. The facility is well organized and secure. Will be looking to park my "Toy" again this fall.
